Can I ask about a small or lightweight shipment?
Absolutely. Please share the goods, package count, actual weight, volume and destination. We will confirm acceptance, charging basis and price. Chargeable weight may differ from actual weight.
Do you only deliver to Moscow?
No. Moscow is the hub for onward transport across Russia. Please confirm the receiving city, onward transport, handover conditions and charges before shipping.
Can I ship to Central Asia now?
Not yet. We are planning local service arrangements and will announce routes when the full delivery process is ready.
